Wes has been in financial services since 2009, getting his start as an advisor before realizing his true passion was in operations. Most recently before joining Hilltop in 2022, he worked at BNY Mellon’s Pershing, a custodian for independent advisors like Hilltop. He is excited to now be plugged into his local community and a part of the Hilltop team. Wes serves as the firms Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations, managing the day-to-day functions of the firm.
Wes grew up in Wisconsin and has earned a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware as well as an MBA from Rutgers University.
Wes has two sons, Christian and Aleksander. He fills his free time with family game and movie nights, the Pittsburgh Steelers, fishing, beach trips, and youth sports with his boys.
